2. Custom Orders and Specifications

  • Artwork Submission: You are responsible for providing high-resolution, print-ready artwork according to our specified guidelines (e.g., file format, resolution, color mode). We are not responsible for print quality issues arising from low-resolution, incorrectly formatted, or otherwise unsuitable artwork provided by you.
  • Proof Approval: For custom orders, we may provide digital proofs for your review and approval. It is your responsibility to thoroughly review these proofs for any errors, including but not limited to, spelling, grammar, colors, design placement, and sizing. Once a proof is approved, we will proceed with production, and you accept full responsibility for the final product matching the approved proof.
  • Color Accuracy: While we strive for color accuracy, colors may vary slightly between your screen display and the final printed product due to differences in monitor calibration, printing processes, and material characteristics. We do not guarantee exact color matches.
  • Design Ownership: By submitting artwork, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use, reproduce, and distribute the artwork. You agree to indemnify and hold Strawberry DTF harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of your provided artwork, including any intellectual property infringements.

3. Pricing and Payment
